• We propose customers to have a spare water reservoir which can be filled voluntarily or with rainwater.

• It is recommended to wash the hydro-curtain once a year to maintain optimal performance. The life-span of the hydro-curtain is estimated to be around 5 – 7 years.

• The outdoor condenser is designed such that it is fully enclosed and the UV light is unable to penetrate into its internal components. Thus, the algae, mosquito and bacteria are unable to survive in the internal environment.
• However, if the water in the condenser is dirty (not serious condition), it will not affect the performance or efficiency of the condenser.
• Also, the drain pan can be easily removed and cleaned.
